How long does shipping take for my volleyball gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your knee pads or shoes before your next tournament.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all volleyball shoes. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition. Please note that shoes used on outdoor surfaces cannot be returned.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We provide special pricing for school teams and club organizations ordering 10 or more jerseys or equipment sets. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
How do I know which knee pad size to choose?
Each product page includes a specific size chart. We recommend measuring the circumference of your leg 2 inches above the kneecap to ensure a secure and comfortable fit during play.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Are the volleyballs shipped inflated or deflated?
To prevent damage during transit and reduce shipping costs, most volleyballs are shipped deflated. You will need a standard ball pump and needle to inflate them to the recommended PSI.
